How will we know if the customer wanted to pick up their tickets instead of printing them at home? - Mon - Sep 19, 2011 - 9:46am

If you plan to enable a print-at-home ticket option along with a ticket pick-up option, you should create at least 2 different shipping options for your event. One for print-at-home and the other for "Will Call". Each one should be priced at $0.00 since there is no cost to either option. If you prefer to have a cost for Will Call pick-up, then you are welcome to add your own fee to that choice.During the checkout process, your customer will see a drop-down of shipping options and choose the one they prefer. If a price was associated with their chosen option, it will be included in their final total due.The Guest List for your event will show each shipping option, and you can sort by shipping option to show only orders that selected Will Call.
To add a shipping option to your event please navigate to the: Event Manager >- Click on the name of your event
- Click Shipping & Fees
- Under Shipping Options, click Add a New Shipping Option
- Enter a shipping name and price
- Click the checkmark icon to save your changes
