How do I export purchasing data for each client? - Wed - Feb 22, 2023 - 10:31am

Currently, you can get this information by exporting your orders, and then sorting them by customer. Log in to your account, and then follow the steps below to export orders:
- Click on Orders
- Change the calendar to cover up to a 12-month period
- Click Search
- Click Export
Repeat the above steps, and as each export is opened, you will copy and paste all of the data from the newest export into the first spreadsheet. Once you have all orders contained in a single spreadsheet, you can sort by customer name to see a complete order history for each customer.
We have more fields you can include in your orders export! You can select/unselect any information you'd like to include in the orders export.
Coupons are also included in Order Exports now. The new coupons column helps differentiate between comped orders. When tickets were comped due to a coupon being applied, you'll now see the coupon codes used to understand the type of comp awarded.
