How can I find the patron that purchased the most tickets in a specific time period? - Wed - Nov 1, 2023 - 12:23pm

You may want to find the person that purchased the most tickets in a given time period, such as the most recent year, perhaps for a "Patron of the Year" award or thank you. To do so, follow these steps:
- Head to Patron Database > Search and Mass Mail.
- Click the Order History tab
- Choose the number of tickets for which you want to begin your search (perhaps start with 10 and work your way up from there)
- Enter the appropriate date range
- Click Search Customers
You can continue increasing the number of tickets until you find the patron(s) that purchased the most!
