How can I find the patron that purchased the most tickets in a specific time period? - Wed - Nov 1, 2023 - 12:23pm

You may want to find the person that purchased the most tickets in a given time period, such as the most recent year, perhaps for a "Patron of the Year" award or thank you. To do so, follow these steps:

Head to Patron Database > Search and Mass Mail.
Click the Order History tab
Choose the number of tickets for which you want to begin your search (perhaps start with 10 and work your way up from there)
Enter the appropriate date range
Click Search Customers

You can continue increasing the number of tickets until you find the patron(s) that purchased the most!
