Yes! You can now mark patrons as inactive.
To mark a patron as inactive head to Patron Manager > Search and Mass Mail. This will generate a list of all of your customers. Click on the customer ID of the customer you would like to mark as inactive. If you do not have the customer ID handy, you can search for the patron/customer you would like to mark as inactive.
Towards the bottom of the details column in Customer Information, there will be a checkbox where you can mark them as inactive. As seen below:
Simply click the checkbox to mark them as inactive and we will automatically save that option for you.
You can also exclude inactive patrons from any customer searches. When you get to the Search and Mass Mail tab on Patron Manager, there will be a drop down menu where you can select what to do with inactive patrons. You can exclude them, include them, or search for only inactive patrons.
