Can I search a specific date range for genres? - Wed - Apr 10, 2024 - 10:09am

Have you ever wanted to target emails to customers that purchased tickets to certain categories of events, such as Comedy or Musicals? Now, you can search all patrons that purchased tickets to the "Comedy" and "Musical" genres AND purchased tickets within your selected date range.
To take advantage of this new feature head to Patron Database > Patron Search. Under the By Genre/Classification tab on the left, select your desired genre. You can also select your date range in the 'Date Range' tab. Please also make sure that you enter in at least 1 order on the 'Orders' tab.
After you have selected your genre and the date range, your screen should look something like this:
The example above shows a search for all patrons that purchased tickets for the 'Comedy' genre from August 24th-August 27th 2025.
