How can I track an external payment as an External Terminal? - Fri - Oct 18, 2024 - 12:00pm

On occasion, you may need to track external payments in ThunderTix, particularly if you use any payment gateway other than Stripe or Square.
In addition to the Check or Voucher options, the EXT Terminal option is now also available for tracking such payments. It is used in the same manner and is an external tracking option, but will be tracked as a credit card sale for recording and reconciliation purposes. The EXT Terminal option is available for transactions that are made using a credit card swipe outside of ThunderTix, as opposed to credit card payments.
To use the Terminal EXT option, upon getting to the checkout page, choose the Check/Voucher/Terminal EXT Tab, and then choose the External Terminal option from the dropdown, as seen below.
