Can I release a pending purchase on my reserved seating event? - Fri - Oct 18, 2024 - 12:30pm

Yes, you can release a pending purchase from your seating chart! If you've ever had a customer change their mind about seats, you no longer have to wait ten minutes for them to be released.
Simply navigate to the seating chart fort your event and right click on the pending seats. You should see the option to Cancel the pending order. All you need to do is click on that option.
When you click on that option, we will confirm that you indeed want to release the pending seats. As mentioned in the pop up, we cannot cancel a single seat and can only cancel the entire order.
Finally, just click confirm and those seats will be released!
