Can I copy and paste a ten digit phone number including parenthesis and dashes? - Wed - Oct 30, 2024 - 1:45pm

You can absolutely look up a customer by their phone number by copying and pasting it in the Patron Database! Simply head to Patron Database > CRM & Mass Mail. In the Patron information tab, enter in their phone number in the Phone category.
After you click search customers, we will load a search of all patrons matching that phone number.
