How can I start a refund from the seating chart? - Mon - Nov 4, 2024 - 5:31pm

    1. Head to Event Manager > Click on the name of your event > Sell to see the Seating Chart for your event. 
    2. You will then right click on the seat you would like to refund and click 'Select for Refund'. You'll notice the seats highlighted with a black ring around each selected seat for the refund.



    3. A message will pop up in the top right corner prompting you to click 'Refund Now' to refund the selected seats. Click Refund Now to refund the seats.




    4. You will be redirected to a screen with only the seats previously selected for a refund.




    5. From there, simply click the 'Process Refund' button at the bottom of the screen to finish out the transaction.
