How can I see who changed a customer record? - Thu - Jan 9, 2025 - 4:47pm

To see who changed a customer record follow the instructions below.
1. Navigate to Patron Database > CRM & Mass Mail
2. Locate the customer you want to see revision history for
3. Look for the column titled 'Versions'.
4. Click on the Clock icon to view the revision history for that customer.
5. We will load a revision history for that customer, similar to the revision history on the event. We will show who made the change and what the changes were.
You can also see revision history on the customer record itself.
