How can I add a second email address to an existing customer that has an email address? - Thu - Jan 23, 2025 - 1:56pm

During the Customer Import process, there can only be one email in the import. However, once the Customer Import is complete, you can go back in and manually add a second email address to an existing customer.
To add a second email address to an existing customer that already has 1 email address associated with it:- Head to Patron Database > CRM and Mass Mail.
- Locate the customer you'd like to add the email address to. You can search by the primary email address, customer ID, first and last name, or, phone number.
- Navigate to the customer's profile.
- Under Customer Information > Details, there will be section titled 'Other Emails. Click on the Green +Add another email button to add the additional email.

- Enter in the additional email(s) and click the blue checkmark to save your changes.
