How can I add a second email address to an existing customer that has an email address? - Thu - Jan 23, 2025 - 1:56pm

  • During the Customer Import process, there can only be one email in the import. However, once the Customer Import is complete, you can go back in and manually add a second email address to an existing customer. 

    To add a second email address to an existing customer that already has 1 email address associated with it:

    1. Head to Patron Database > CRM and Mass Mail. 
    2. Locate the customer you'd like to add the email address to. You can search by the primary email address, customer ID, first and last name, or, phone number. 
    3. Navigate to the customer's profile. 
    4. Under Customer Information > Details, there will be section titled 'Other Emails. Click on the Green +Add another email button to add the additional email.

    5. Enter in the additional email(s) and click the blue checkmark to save your changes.
