How can I Search for Inactive Customers Based on Last Purchase Date? - Mon - Apr 7, 2025 - 1:05pm

If you'd like to search for a customer who has not purchased a ticket since X date, please follow the steps below:
- Head to Patron Database > CRM & Mass Email
- Navigate to the 'Has not purchased' tab
- Click the 'Since'
- Enter the starting date
