Can I send a gift certificate to a different recipient email address? - Mon - Apr 7, 2025 - 1:27pm

If you need to change the recipient email of a gift certificate because it bounced or simply needs to go to another address, please follow the steps below:- Navigate to the Gift Certificate Order you'd like to change the recipient for.
- Simply click on the arrow next to recipient email in the order and enter in the new address.
When the email is resent to the updated address, the View Delivery Statistics will reflect the new recipient email address.
