If you need to change the recipient email of a gift certificate because it bounced or simply needs to go to another address, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Gift Certificate Order you'd like to change the recipient for.
- Simply click on the arrow next to recipient email

First, make sure that the gift certificate in question has more than a $0 balance. If you want to convert the entire remainder of a gift certificate balance to a donation by that patron, follow the steps below.
- Head to Revenue Builders > Gift Certificates
- Click on the desired Order ID.
At times, you may need to void or cancel a gift card.

Only one gift card can be created on an account. The gift card image gallery allows patrons to select an occasion-specific image to send with the gift certificate. You can also upload an image for your venue to be set as the default image when selling a gift card.
