To hide certain ticket types from customers, you can make your ticket type private.
In order to edit the visibility for individual ticket types:- Head to the: Events Manager
- Click on Select then Manage
- Click Select then Tickets and Prices for the desired performance
- Click the pencil icon next to the ticket type that you would like to make private
- Under the column labeled Visibility you can change your ticket type from public to private
- Click the disk icon to save
