Can I change the ticket sales activation date? - Tue - May 20, 2025 - 5:00pm

  • Yes, the activation date can be changed.

    1. Head to the: Event Manager
    2. Click on the name of your chosen event
    3. Click on Public Display
    4. From Event Information in the left menu, head to IMPORTANT SALE DATES.
    5. Click the date under "Tickets "on sale" date" and change the date.
    6. Click Apply to save the change.
