ThunderTix now offers a more powerful way to search and segment your patrons. Instead of being limited to a single search criteria, you can now layer multiple filters to quickly build targeted patron lists for marketing, fundraising, and reporting.
Patron Status (Active, Inactive, Opt-in only, etc.).
Whether to exclude deceased patrons.
Patron Information: You can search by:
Customer ID
Name
Email
Phone number
Company
Location or Date Filters: Narrow your search by geography or timeframe:
Country, state, ZIP, city
Date ranges (purchases, donations, or “customer since”)
Orders: This will allow you to search for the number of orders, number of tickets, or the number of donations. You can also search by order minimum or minimum donation value! For example, you could search for patrons who have made two donations, with a minimum donation value of $10 and who has purchased at least 2 tickets!
Attendance: You can search for patrons who scanned or didn't get their tickets scanned. Donations: You have a few options here: 1. Select a donor classification image.png 19.53 KB 2. Select a campaign or multiple campaigns. Keep in mind that you are searching for patrons who have donated to x campaign OR x campaign. image.png 31.25 KB

Members:
Search by donor classification, campaigns, or donation minimums.
Filter by membership level.
Export or Send Your Results
Once your results are displayed:
Export Results: Download as a file.
Send To…: Push results directly to Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
Send Mass Mail: Email patrons using ThunderTix Mass Mail.
