To stop ticket sales ahead of your existing event:
    1. Head to the: Event Manager
    2. Click Manage
    3. Click Public Display
    4. From Event Information in the left menu, head to IMPORTANT SALE DATES
    5. Click the calendar under "Tickets removed from sale on" and enter your preferred date to remove the event from the public listing.

To stop ticket sales ahead of a new event you are creating, please navigate to:
    1. Head to the: Event Manager
    2. Click Create Event
    3. After filling out the necessary information scroll down to the tab named, "Advanced Date Display Options"
    4. Set your expiration date and time in the field labeled "Setting the Expiration"

Alternatively, you can change the event's expiration to the time it actually takes place on the date of your event and instead create a "post-sale announcement" to keep the event publicly visible, but instead display a custom message. This will remove the "Buy Tickets" button from your event listing. Create a custom "Post-sale Announcement" along with a "Post-sale Announcement Date" prior to your event when you want online ticket sales removed.
    1. Head to the: Event Manager
    2. Click Manage
    3. Click Public Display
    4. From the left menu, click "Removing the "Buy" Button"
    5. Enter a Post-Sale Announcment date. This is the day you want online sales to end (prior to the event's expiration date).
    6. Under Remove the "Buy" Button From Public Display, enter your Post-Sale note and Announcement Date.
    7. From the event calendar, click Apply
