  • How can I release a ticket on an order?

    1. Go to the order you need to release tickets on and click "initiate refund" in the box that says "order change actions".

    2. You have two options here:

    a. For reserved seating, click the tickets you want to release in the boxes under the column that says "Release".  For general admission, select the number of tickets you want released in the dropdown box. 
    b. You can click "Refund all", which will select all of the tickets for release AND refund.

    This will allow you to release tickets back into your inventory.
