How can I view refunded and released tickets on an order? - Wed - Jan 7, 2026 - 12:40pm

  • As a venue admin, you can view what tickets were refunded, released, or both on an order.

    In the order view, if any tickets are refunded, released, or both- they will populate in a list in red underneath the list of tickets that have not been refunded or released.  Only the tickets listed in black are "live" tickets that are still active.

    There is also a collapsable button that will say "fully refunded tickets" (see where arrow points in image below).   If that button is clicked, you will see a list of all of the tickets that have been refunded or released in light gray.

    You will also see a note in parenthesis that states whether the ticket was refunded, released, or both.
