How can I find my newest customers? - Wed - Jan 14, 2026 - 3:19pm

There's an easy way to identify new patrons. To obtain a list of all customers that were new in a given time period, do the following:
- Head to the Patron Database
- Click Orders
- Enter "1" in Orders
- Click Date Range
- Enter a date range
- Click "Retrieve new customers only"
- Click Search
The customers results on the page will show all customers that placed their first order within the time period entered in the date range.
When you click Export Results after filtering your patron data on any search type, you'll see a new column in the exported spreadsheet titled "Created At". This is the date the customer was added to your patron database or the date they became a new customer.
Finally, from the guest list, you'll see a column labeled "Information" which shows the number of times a patron has visited your venue. "First Visit!" also indicates they are a new customer where "X visits" indicates that they are a returning customer.
