Can I see who purchased a season package or flex pass last year but not this year? - Mon - Jan 26, 2026 - 5:16pm

  • To see a list of customers who purchased a season package or flex pass last year but not this year follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to Patron Database > CRM and Mass Mail 
    2. On the Event/Package tab, enter the name of last year's package in the 'Purchased' section

    3. Next, enter the name of this year's package on the 'Have not yet purchased' field 
    4. Click Search to see your results. We will show a list of everyone who purchased last year's package but not this year's.
