Yes, we have a scanning app for both iOS and Androids that can be downloaded from the App store and Google Play respectively. For more information on the app please watch our video tutorial about how scanning works:

Each person that scans tickets using the app should have their own username and password in ThunderTix. That way you can connect each scan to an individual person rather than just a shared device. The username and password you generate can be restricted to no permissions other than scanning. If they were to log into a browser, the only thing they could do would be to sell tickets on behalf of a customer with no other administrative access.

Where is a report of scanned tickets for me to see all people scanned at each gate?
