Where can I get my Verified Gateway Seal for my checkout page? - Tue - Dec 21, 2010 - 4:23pm

Authorize.net
- Login to your Authorize.net account.
- In the left menu under 'Account', click Verified Merchant Seal.
- Accept the terms and conditions and then edit the Domains List.
- Add: yourwebsite.thundertix.com and then click Submit. Note: The address should NOT include the 'http://' or 'www'.
- Copy the seal code.
- Login to http://admin.thundertix.com and hover over your settings and click Gateway
- Click the Drop Down Menu that reads 'Select to Change' click on Authorize.net
- Paste Gateway Trusted Seal you copied above into the appropriate field on the right side of the page.
- Click Update to save.
Once the seal has been added to your final page of ticket checkout with the credit card fields, click on the logo and a pop-up window will open. Ensure that you see the wording 'Merchant Verified' at the very top of the new window.
NOTE: If you see 'Unable to Verify Site' then you need to go back into your account and make sure that you have correctly done number 3 above.
Braintree- Click here to go to the Braintree support page, where they have several options for badges Braintree Badges
- Choose the badge that you like, and copy the code provided by Braintree. Note that you will replace the words "YOUR_MERCHANT_ID" with your actual merchant ID after you paste it into ThunderTix
- Login to http://admin.thundertix.com and hover over your settings and click Gateway
- Click the Drop Down Menu that reads 'Select to Change' click on Braintree
- Paste the code you copied from Braintree, replacing YOUR_MERCHANT_ID with your actual merchant ID.
- Click Update to save.
