    Yes, you may have already set up the Post Event Email in your account settings by following the steps in this discussion:

    Setting up a post-event email and survey.

    If you want to change the survey options at the event level, follow the steps below:

    Navigate to: Listings tab > Surveys

    1. Click "+ Create Survey" to create your post-event survey

    Then navigate to the Events tab >
    1. Click Manage for the event you wish to edit
    2. Click on Marketing in the top menu bar
    3. Use the dropdown under the heading Post Event Survey to select a survey
    4. Click Update
