Yes, you may have already set up the Post Event Email in your account settings by following the steps in this discussion: Setting up a post-event email and survey.If you want to change the survey options at the event level, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Surveys tab on the left hand menu- Click "+ Create Survey" to create your post-event survey
- Then navigate to the Events > Event Manager
- Click on the name of the event you wish to edit
- Click on Marketing in the top menu bar
- Use the dropdown under the heading Post Event Survey to select a survey
- Click Update
