How can I change the name shown for the mailing list? - Mon - Aug 29, 2011 - 12:28pm

    At the bottom of the Order checkout page, we provide the option for buyers to sign up for your venue's mailing list. The text reads 'Yes, please include me in the [Organization Name] mailing list.' If you would like to modify the way that your account is listed, you can change your account name from the Account tab when you are logged into ThunderTix.

    To change your account name, navigate to:
    Account > Account Settings >

    1. Click Billing & Usage
    2. Change the Organization Name field to how you would like it to display
    3. Click the check mark to save it
      1. The new name will now appear with the mailing list, on the PDF ticket, on the thermal tickets (if enabled), and in the confirmation email receipt.
