Are there any costs or refunds for service if I have to cancel my event? - Fri - Jun 26, 2020 - 11:55am

There are no expenses for canceling an event. You can even refund your customers in full, refund order amounts to a gift card, or even convert purchases to donations. All of these options are available when viewing the order. We also have a batch refund process that can refund all transactions with a single click.
In the event of a cancellation, do are unable to provide refunds for the use of service. The services used at the time of event sales and available for refunds consume resources that carry a cost that cannot be returned. For more information, please read How ThunderTix Billing Works.
