How do I link my general admission tickets from my reserved seating chart? - Mon - Apr 12, 2021 - 2:56pm

  • We are able to include general admission sections in your seating charts, so you may sell both reserved and general admission tickets to your events. Simply let us know at the time of seating chart creation. 

    Once your seating chart is completed, please take the following steps to link the general admission sections to events: 

    1. Create a general admission event with your preferred ticket price(s) and set the event visibility to semi-private. This setting hides the event listing from the public but allows it to be purchased from your chart. 
    2. Create your reserved seating event with your new seating chart. Upon clicking 'Finish' to create the reserved seating event, confirm that you would like to link the general admission section.
    3. Click Manage Tickets and Prices for the first date of your event.
    4. Then, click the Manage Prices by Section button.
    5. Choose the desired general admission section from the drop-down.
    6. Link the correct general admission event and date.
    7. Click submit and repeat for all general admission sections.
    8. Once finished with managing the prices by section to connect all general admission dates, click the link to See all dates from the ticket page for all sections. This will take you back to the performance listing for the reserved seating event.
    9. Use the Manage Tickets and Prices for your remaining dates and times to continue the process until complete.
