Creating a PDF version of your seating chart
Follow the steps below to print out the entire chart:- Click the Manage button next to the event
- Click the Sell button
- In your browser, click File -> Print to print the page
- To save the seating chart electronically, set the Destination to "Save as PDF"
- Once the document is saved, it can be shared via email with the appropriate parties.
The page will show a display of all seats in a section. Seats that are sold will be shown in red, seats that are available will not be colored in, seats that are blocked will be shown in grey, and seats that are reserved will be shown in blue.

Alternatively, you may want to give a performer, artist, or venue renter their own direct access to see how an event is selling. You can specifically set the user up as an event-restricted user to assign them only to view their own event(s). Please follow the steps in the discussion below to create a restricted user.
