Can I cancel an order in progress to release the seats before the time runs out? - Fri - Sep 5, 2014 - 11:33am

If a patron needs to cancel an order for any reason, there is a way to cancel an order immediately from the admin side if you don't want to wait for the timer to run out.
You have the ability to cancel the order, which will release the seats. The cancel order button is at the bottom right of the final checkout page. Once you click the Cancel Order button, you will be asked to confirm, and when confirmed, will be taken back to the seating chart for that same performance.
