Where & How do I create a seating chart for reserved seating? - Fri - Nov 7, 2014 - 9:54am

Once you have read our Seating Chart Guide, you will upload the necessary information to your account. To upload the information:
- Click Seating Charts from the left menu
- Click Create New Seating Chart
- Give the seating chart a name -- usually the venue name
- Make any edits to wording for the seating chart labels that are necessary. For example, if it's all table seating, you may want to change the label for "Section" to "Table".
- Upload your file(s). If you are supplying your own image for Step 1 of the Seating Chart Setup Guide, make sure you upload one file for the image and a separate file that shows the section, row and seat labels.
- If you do not have an image for the Public Seating Chart Display referenced in Step 1 above, please check the box labeled "I want ThunderTix to create a visual graphic for display to the general public."
- Click Create
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and finalizing the seating chart. However, in most cases, seating charts are often finished in 2-4 business days.
