We provide various searches to retrieve donor histories. Let's cover some of those searches first by navigating to the pages where you can find your information.


1. Head to Patron Database > Search & Mass Mail
2. Click the Donations tab

   

3. Select an option for retrieving results as explained below.

Leaderboard - Top 100
The leaderboard retrieves your top donors over two possible date ranges. You may either get your all-time top donors since inception, or you can retrieve the top donors over the past 12 months.

LYBUNT/SYBUNT
You may also find patrons that may have supported you in the past but have not yet contributed in the current year. LYBUNT is "last year but unfortunately not this year" or SYBUNT, "some year but unfortunately not this year", helps you identify past donors that may be receptive to donating again.

Never Donated
Self-explanatory, this list helps you identify patrons who may be incentivized to give for the first time and hopefully, become consistent donors for the future.

Donated at LEAST
You may specify a threshold dollar amount to retrieve a list of donors that may have given, say, $100 or more, in a given time period range. Enter your threshold amount, and if you want to find donors that contributed the full amount in only a single order, enter "1" in the "Orders" field. Leave it blank if you wish to retrieve all donors that meet the threshold regardless of the number of times donations may have been made.

Enter the date range for the time period you wish to view. You may refine your search to include only first time customers (and donors) by clicking the toggle button.

Finally, select the Donation Type to find donors that gave during purchase as single donations or round-up donations during ticket purchases, or find those that gave to specific fundraisers in your Campaigns. Then click Search Customers.

We'll provide an on-screen view of customers, but for large lists, it might make sense to export the results.

We offer two options to view the patron data:

Show Aggregated Results
We'll total all of the donations for each customer and display the results in a CSV file format for use in a spreadsheet with one customer per line. For example, three individual donations totaling $110 would be shown as one result.

Show Individual Results
This CSV list will include one line for each donations made by a customer. So, three donations of $110 would be shown as the three individual orders with each amount recorded separately.
