First, you should know that ThunderTix allows you to customize your Donation "thank you" email. Any time a patron gives a donation -- either on an order or through a Campaign -- we automatically send them a "thank you" letterhead to patrons who make a donation equal to or grater than the threshold set in your Account Settings >> Email Notifications, under When a Donation is made. Be sure to customize your thank you letter in your Temapltes tab. 

Donations by Event
In the Event Settlement and Performance Settlement reports, there is a line item for donations. It includes all orders for the event and if a donation was made, it will be more than $0. You can access your Sales Report Export from the Events Manager. Click "Manage" to the left of your chosen event, then click the Settlement report in the Reports column.





Donor Search - Patron Database Tab
If you still want to get a list of all customers that have made donations, go to the Patron Database tab, select Search and Mass Mail, and do a search by "Donation History". From there, you can search all donors, or you can filter your search to retrieve donors who have donated a minimum amount or a specified number of times. You can find customers who have donated last year or customers who have donated in the past but not this year.






Orders Search & Export
1. Click on the Orders tab.
2. The default date range for searching is seven days, so change the date range if desired.
3. Click the checkbox for "Donation Orders Only."
4. Click Search.
5. Click the Export button near the top right.




Reconciliation Report
Donations are displayed in the Reconciliation Report with a column specifically for donations made if any. 


1. Hover over Reports and click "Reconciliation".
2. Adjust the date fields (you can download up to one month).
3. Click the Reconciliation button.
   
   


All donations made at the time tickets are purchased for an event are included in the overall total of revenue received. We list donations separately in the Sales Report so that you are able to see what amount of your total gross received for a performance is from donations.

Campaign Report
For each campaign you create in the Fundraising tab, we provide a "Donor Report". To see how a certain campaign is doing, click on the clipboard icon in the reports column next to your desired campaign. This will take you to your Donor Report. This report will show a breakdown of all donations made to that campaign and total revenue. If the campaign included multiple levels of giving, you'll see the number of donations made at each level.
