 To import a list of contacts from your Patron Database into your Constant Contact account, please follow the below instructions:




1. From Patron Database, click Search & Mass Mail 
2. When searching your patron database, you can use the "Send To..." dropdown menu then select Constant Contact


Constant Contact limits customer imports to 10,000 when adding them through ThunderTix. If you are receiving an error when attempting to send tour contacts via the patron database, we suggest limiting your search results or creating genres or classifications for your patrons. Alternatively, you can export your list and manually import it into Constant Contact through their interface.
