What questions should I include with my donations survey? - Wed - May 25, 2022 - 3:59pm

  • When you create an online fundraising campaign, you can attach a "survey". Include up to 5 custom questions for donors to see when they make a donation through an online fundraising campaign.

    Here are a few questions you might ask:

    • Is this donation in honor of anyone? If so, please include their name.
    • Is this donation in memoriam? If so, please include their name.
    • How would you like your name to appear for recognition in our program?
    • Should this donation be anonymous?

    If the question is a yes/no answer, choose "drop-down" as the answer and enter "Yes" on the first line and "No" on the second line.

    Once the survey is saved, head over to Giving > Fundraising Campaigns and edit the campaign. Under the "Survey" option, click "Empty" to select your newly created survey and save.

    Your survey should now appear with the fundraising campaign both online and through your admin portal.
