How can I customize the style of the seating names on each ticket? - Thu - Jun 2, 2022 - 8:41pm

For reserved seating events that use a custom seating chart, the seat assignment for each ticket is displayed as follows:
“Section Name / Row label / ID”
You can customize the seating name to add a prefix to any or all of the above three seat components (section, row, and seat).
If you add “SEC” as the Section Prefix and “SEAT” as the Seat prefix, the seat assignment would change to be displayed as follows:
“SEC: Section Name / Row label / SEAT: ID”
Further, you can customize what you want as the separator symbol (show as a forward slash above) or you can leave it empty to have the separator symbol removed. Other symbols you might choose are an asterisk (*), back slash (\), or pipe (|).Customize the seat name:- Head to Events > Event Manager
- Click on the name of your event
- Head to the "Ticket Delivery" tab > eTicket Designer
- Scroll down to "Seat assignment settings"
- Enter your preferred Section, Row, and/or Seat prefix.
- Customize the separator, if desired

NOTE: When you replicate an event, all previous seat name settings will be copied to the new event to save you time as you create new events. However, you still have the ability to change/customize the reserved seat name settings after the event is created.
