When are my customers sent an email to finish an order they began but abandoned? - Thu - Aug 3, 2023 - 2:45pm

  • On occasion, customers may begin an order, but abandon it (for any number of reasons). For these situations we have an "abandoned order" email sent to encourage the customer to complete their order purchase.

    This email is sent automatically when ALL of the following conditions are met:

    1. The order wasn't completed.
    2. The customer added their email address.
    3. The order was created 25 - 15 minutes prior.
    4. The order had at least one ticket.

    There is currently no way to disable this function. Additionally, those patrons who abandon an order do not get tickets.

    There is no cost to use the abandoned order email function, nor is email branding required.
