In certain instances, you may want all seats at a table/booth to be sold together, meaning that if a patron clicks on one seat at the table, all seats will be selected. This is the option to "sell all seats at a table together" or force patrons to purchase an entire table. Here is how it works!
Set-up: For events using a seating chart that includes tables, you have the option to turn this function on. To do so, click on the name of your event >> Public Display >> Seating Configuration >> SEATING >> turn the "Sell all seats at the table together" toggle to "Yes." This will then provide a list of the sections where you can enable this feature. Choose the appropriate sections by checking the box. You'll see a green "Saved!" message pop up, indicating your changes were saved.
Once you've done the setup, you're ready to sell. From the Admin side, if you click on Sell >> choose any seat at a table where this function is set to "Yes," all seats at that table will be selected, and you can proceed to checkout.
Likewise, from the Public view, your patrons will experience the same thing. They can choose the performance date/time, and upon clicking on any one seat at a table where this function is turned to "Yes," all seats at that table will be selected. Screenshot 2024-02-22 at 11.33.58 AM.png 209.07 KB
Once a table has been purchased by a patron, it will show up as unavailable for purchase:
