How can I see delivery statistics on my Post-Event and Reminder Emails? - Thu - Nov 21, 2024 - 2:51pm

To see statistics on your Post-event Emails head to Event Manager > Click on the name of your event > Marketing > Post-event Email. Towards the bottom of the page, there will be a new button titled 'View Delivery Statistics'. Click on that button to view delivery statistics for your post event emails.

When you click on the View Delivery Statistics Button, we will show the subject of the email, the date and time it was sent out, statistics for the email and if a template was used for the post-event email. Below is an example of what the statistics will look like:
We will show how many emails were sent, opened, clicked, or bounced. If there was a survey attached to your post event email, we will also notate how many responses were recorded.
To view statistics on your Reminder Emails head to Event Manager >Click on the name of your event > Ticket Delivery > Event Email Reminders. Similar to the Post-event emails, there will be a button titled 'View Delivery Statistics'.
When that button is clicked, we will show the subject of the email, the date and time the email was sent, statistics for the email and if there was a template used for the reminder email. Below is an example of what the statistics will look like:
