-
Many venues offer the ability for customers to exchange their own tickets. Please see this discussion with more information: Saving box office time with do-it-yourself exchanges, refunds, and reservation payments
This discussion is geared specifically towards self-exchanges. If a customer wants to perform their own exchange, have them follow these steps:- Have the customer navigate to the confirmation email. They should see a button titled 'Exchange your Tickets'.

- Have them click the green 'Exchange' button.

- We will pull up the performance the customer has tickets for. Have them click on the 'Exchange Tickets'.

- We will generate a list of performances the customer can exchange their tickets to. The customer can click 'select' for the performance they would like to exchange their tickets to.

- Click continue to proceed to the checkout screen.

6. Now that they are in the checkout screen, they can click on Confirm Order at the bottom of the screen to confirm their order. Depending on where they exchange their tickets or if there are fees attached to your events, there may be additional charges.
As you can see, we clearly state that this is an exchange throughout the transaction. Once you click Confirm Order, the customers tickets will be exchanged to the new performance of their choice! - Have the customer navigate to the confirmation email. They should see a button titled 'Exchange your Tickets'.
