How can I customize the donation round-up modal on my events? - Tue - Jan 28, 2025 - 5:31pm

  • In addition to customizing the donation wording, you can also customize it on the Round Up donation! This discussion is specific to Round Up Donations, please see this discussion about changing the donation text: How do I make a donation request? Can I customize the donation wording?

    To change the round up donation text, first you will need to make sure that you have Round Up donations enabled. Head to Account Settings > Checkout Options to enable this. You will also want to make sure that your event is set up to accept donations. Head to Event Manager > Donations and toggle Donations to 'On' to accept donations with your event. 

    Now let's get into customizing the Round Up modal on events! 

    1. Head to Event Manager > Donations. Click on the gear cog next to the donations.
    2. The modal (see screenshot below) will appear. Enter in your custom donation text in the box below. 
    3. Click 'Save' to save your changes.
