Can I have my customers opt out of our email marketing rather than forcing them to opt in? - Sat - Feb 22, 2025 - 11:47am

  • Yes, you can choose whether you'd prefer that your customers opt out of your email marketing rather than forcing them to opt in.  Follow the steps below:

    1. Head to Account Settings > Checkout Options
    2. Change "Automatically opt-in customers to email" to Yes as shown below.

    When the above option is enabled, the "opt in" will automatically be checked requiring options to manually opt out rather than manually opting in.
