As the primary admin on the account, you can elect to put your account into Maintenance mode (if Maintenace is available to you on your current pricing plan). You'll find this option in your Account Settings > Billing and Usage tab. Here is a discussion on how to change your monthly plan:
The maintenance mode will allow you to access all of your customer data, events, and reports. You may also continue to sell eGift cards and collect donations. We retain your complete account and order history along with any seating charts created. The cost is $10 per month, and you may reactivate to full status at any time.
Canceling your account will delete all data permanently, so make sure you download any information needed. Seating charts will also be permanently deleted. If you'd like to cancel your account, the primary admin (or any user with Administrator permissions) only needs to submit a support request asking that the account be canceled.
Here are step-by-step instructions:
1. Go to your Account Settings > Billing and Usage Tab
2. Go to the "Plan" section of your billing page. You will see the option to downgrade to Maintenance.
3. Once clicked, it will open this box and allow you to confirm the downgrade.
Keep in mind that at any point you can reactivate your account!
