How can I search for a customer in MailChimp? - Wed - Nov 26, 2025 - 6:04pm

  • To search for a customer in MailChimp to see if they have been added to your email list, please see the instructions below:


    1. Log in to Mailchimp.

    2. Go to Audience in the left sidebar.

    3. Select All contacts.

    4. Use the Search bar at the top to enter:

      • Email address

      • First or last name

      • Phone number (if collected)

    If they are on your list, they will appear with their subscription status (Subscribed, Unsubscribed, Non-Subscribed, or Cleaned).

    You can also view the customer's profile in MailChimp to determine if they are properly tagged.
