We’ve released an update to simplify and standardize our mass email pricing across all accounts while delivering significantly more value for customers who rely on email to connect with their audience.


What’s new


Flat $10/month with 4,000 included emails - 1/5th of the previous per email cost


All accounts using mass email will now be charged a flat rate of $10 per month. As part of this plan, we provide the DNS records needed for setup, along with 4,000 included emails each month starting from the time your account is activated. 


How it works


• Your account will be charged $10 per month for mass email access 
•  We provide the DNS records required to configure your email delivery 
•  While you (or your IT team) will need to add these DNS records to your domain, we’re happy to provide one-on-one support throughout the process. 
•  The monthly plan includes 4,000 emails, beginning when your account is set up 
•  After 4,000 emails, additional emails are charged at $0.002 per email 
•  This pricing now applies consistently across all clients 
•  There are no setup fees for mass email


What’s changed


•  Previous $0.01 per email pricing has been removed 
•  $5 and $10 monthly plans that did not include emails have been retired 
•  All mass email plans now follow a single $10 per month structure 
•  Mass email setup fees have been eliminated
