Go to Classes > Class manager > Create class. To edit an existing class, open it and go to the Settings tab. Select Save draft at any time to keep working without publishing.

Class basics:

Offering type: Series or Camp.
Name: The patron-facing title.
Description: Shown on the public class page. Include a schedule summary, what to bring, dress code, and other details.
Category: Optional label such as Dance, Theatre, or Music.
Cover image: Optional promotional image.
Downloadable files: PDFs or forms emailed to patrons after they enroll. This option becomes available after you save a draft.

Capacity and age range:

Capacity: The maximum enrollments for the entire class. Leave blank for unlimited.
Minimum and maximum age: Optional, for age-specific programs.

Registration fee: An optional charge added on top of tier tuition. It appears as a separate line on the order. Leave it at $0 to charge tuition only.

After the basics, set up the schedule, enrollment tiers, waivers, surveys, and visibility dates. A class needs at least one session and one tier before it can open for enrollment.

Note: There is no delete option for a class offering. To retire a class, set the End date in the past (or let it pass) and the class will archive.
