How do I set up enrollment tiers and pricing for a class? - Fri - Oct 9, 2026 - 3:40pm
A tier is a purchasable pricing option for the class. Every class needs at least one tier before enrollment can open. Many venues use several, for example:
- Early Bird: $150, limited spots, available until a set date
- Regular: $200
- Late Registration: $225, opens after Early Bird expires
After saving the class as a draft, select Add tier. Each tier includes:
- Name: The patron-facing label.
- Tuition: The price.
- Capacity: The maximum enrollments in this tier. Leave blank to limit only by overall class capacity.
- Per-patron limit: The maximum registrations one guardian can hold in this tier. Useful for sibling or household caps.
- Available from / Expires at: Optional dates controlling when the tier can be purchased.
Early-bird pricing that ends automatically: Create an Early Bird tier with an Expires at date, and a Regular tier with Available from set to the same date. Patrons only see tiers that are currently available.
Limit siblings to two Early Bird spots per family: Set Per-patron limit to 2 on the Early Bird tier.
Note: A tier cannot be deleted once it has enrollments, or if it is the only remaining tier on an active class.
