In the class Settings, the Visibility and enrollment section controls the registration window. All times use your venue’s time zone.

• Publish: Off keeps the class as a staff-only draft. On lets patrons see it, subject to the dates below. New classes start unpublished.
• Announce at: When the class becomes visible before enrollment opens. Leave blank to show it as soon as it is published.
• Enrollment opens at: When online registration begins. Leave blank to open as soon as it is published.
• Enrollment closes at: When online registration stops. Leave blank to close on the End date.
• End date: When the class archives. Leave blank to keep it open indefinitely.

Typical pre-sale flow:

1. Publish the class and set Announce at to a future date. Patrons see Coming Soon once that date arrives.
2. When Enrollment opens at arrives, online registration opens.
3. When Enrollment closes at or the End date passes, patrons see Registration Closed.

Staff can enroll patrons with + Enroll patron during pre-sale, once the class is published and has tiers.

Status messages: You can customize the patron-facing text:

• Sign-up button (default: Sign Up)
• Sold out message (default: Sold Out)
• Pre-sale message (default: Coming Soon)
• Post-sale message (default: Registration Closed)

Status badges: Each class shows Draft, Presale, Active, Registration closed, or Archived.

Checklist for a class to be open for online enrollment:

• Stripe is connected
• Publish is on
• At least one session exists
• At least one tier exists
• Announce at and Enrollment opens at have passed or are blank
• The class is not at capacity and enrollment has not closed
