How do I limit the number of times a single buyer can use a coupon? - Fri - Mar 25, 2011 - 12:48am

Some venues create 'specials' where they give the first 10 responders on Twitter a coupon for some dollar value off a future purchase. If you create a coupon that may be used 10 times, it is possible that a single buyer may redeem all ten uses for tickets in a one or more orders.
In order to limit the number of times a single buyer may use a coupon, you should create 10 unique coupons and send those directly (direct message on Twitter) to each user.
Please see the coupon - video tutorial for more information and options.
