All types of coupons and discounts, including "buy one, get one free" (or BOGOs) can be applied to specific events, performances, ticket types or tickets by reserved seating section within a seating chart. However, this option is only available if your seating chart already has custom ticket prices assigned to separate sections of the layout.

To create a coupon to apply per section of your custom venue seating chart:

Head to: Revenue Builders > Coupons
Click Create Coupon
Under the heading "Select valid events and performances", and find an event that has tiered pricing by seat location (seating chart section)
Use the "plus sign" + to open up the list of performances
Use the "plus sign" + again to open up the list of ticket types for that performance. From there, you'll see all ticket types listed by section of the chart.
Check the box next to any ticket type and section where you want the coupon will be valid.
Enter remaining details
Click Create Coupon
